What does this mean for the Greek House brand?
The Greek House Brand will gradually transition into the University
Tees family! You’ll notice the University Tees brand on your orders &
communications. Rest assured, your orders will continue to receive the
same high level of service and quality you expect.
Who should I reach out to for help with my order?
If you have an existing relationship with a Campus Manager, please
continue to contact them for assistance with your orders! The Greek
House Campus Managers are a part of the University Tees team and will
continue to support you. If you are new to working with us,
please start here
and a University Tees team member will contact you shortly!
Will there be any changes to pricing or discounts?
We will honor pricing or quotes previously shared by Greek House.
Additionally, you’ll be pleased to know that University Tees typically
offers even more competitive pricing to Greek House without any
promotions or discounts needed!
Will the quality of the products and services change?
The quality of our products and services will remain as exceptional as
ever. We are combining forces with University Tees to elevate them
further.
How will this affect delivery times?
Orders placed before August 19th, 2024 will retain the original
delivery date communicated at the time of your order unless we notify
you otherwise. For orders placed after August 19th, 2024, the standard
turnaround time for University Tees group orders is 8-10 business
days.
Will there be any changes to the design process?
Our talented team of graphic designers will continue to create exactly
what you are imagining. To

Can I still use my existing Greek House rewards?
Yes! Any Greek House rewards you’ve earned we will continue to honor.
My chapter currently has other campaigns open with Greek House, what does this mean for those orders?
Continue managing your orders as usual with your Greek House contact.
Once your order closes, it will likely be printed at the University
Tees facility and delivered in a University Tees box. Rest assured,
all other aspects of your order—design, item, price, and quality—will
remain the same.
What happens to my Greek House dashboard & campaign history?
As an existing customer of Greek House, you will still be able to log
into your Greek House account with your previously created
credentials.
