Our Process
Lead Times
Standard turnaround from proof approval to ship:
Screen Printing: 10 business days
Embroidery: 12 business days
Apparel Purchasing
All apparel can be purchased by UTees Contract to provide a One Invoice Solution.
We have accounts with all major apparel suppliers and a variety of specialty houses giving us access to every major brand. There is no charge for inbound freight from major apparel suppliers. We'll handle any apparel re-ordering due to mis-shipment, spoilage, damage, misprints, etc. Our rates will be competitive with what you pay purchasing directly due to the scale of our operation. We will create a quote for your apparel before we proceed on each job
Submitting Art
We require print ready art to process any incoming orders. If you can't provide print ready art, a mock-up, or need assistance redrawing client files, we are happy to help!
We offer services to help you turn your art into a printed product. Art services billed at $50 per hour.
Terms Application
If you would like to request terms with UTees Contract, please fill out the credit application below. If you do not want to setup terms, we also accept payment via credit card when placing your order.
