The Bird Bank™ is a new innovative online tool that simplifies the entire order process for you and your group. Using the Bird Bank™, each group member can provide his/her own individual order information (such as size and quantity), submit individual payment, and view a proof of your custom apparel.

Log-in with a unique username and password at anytime to manage your order. Review who has signed up and check out quantities and sizes (Which really means no more paper signup sheets, loose notebook papers, or mass emails!)
COLLECT PAYMENTS
Collect payment online from each member as orders are placed or use the tool to just collect sizes and quantities and then pay collectively as an organization.
DETAILS
Display the details of your order online so all group members can see what is being ordered and who is ordering (A little peer pressure never hurt.)

GETTING STARTED
If you would like to setup a Bird Bank™ project, simply contact your Campus Manager and they will create a unique project which will be hosted on the University Tees website. Once created, they will share a unique url for you to share with the members of your group.
As the project organizer, you will be able to login at anytime to see everybody who has signed up, as well as a tally of the total sizes and quantities. You can also search, sort, and export to excel.
When you're ready, we will close down the project, and you can proceed with placing your order online or through your Campus Manager.

WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY CAMPUS MANAGER CREATE MY PROJECT?
The easiest and most efficient way to use the Bird Bank™ is after artwork has been created and approved. Once you approve the artwork we have created, your Campus Manager can setup a Bird Bank project, and share the unique url with you to pass along to your organization.
SHOULD I COLLECT PAYMENT FROM MY GROUP MEMBERS?
The choice is yours. The Bird Bank™ can be setup to collect payment online from each member as orders are placed or use the tool to just collect sizes and quantities and then pay collectively as an organization. If you choose to just collect order information such as name, size, and quantity, the payment section will not be displayed to the members of your organization.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO USE BIRD BANK?
There is no charge to use Bird Bank™ if you are just using the tool to collect order related information. However, if you use the tool and collect payment from your members, there is an additional $0.50 charge which we will factor into the charge price per item.
I SEE THAT THE PRICE CAN VARY BASED ON QTY., HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Pricing for custom apparel can vary based on the qty. you end up ordering. Your Campus Manager will provide you with a range of pricing depending on the potential number of people interested in the order. For example, you may have 50 people in your group, and you know the total number of people ordering will be somewhere between 25 and 50...so your Campus Manager will provide you with a price range of worst case (25), and best case (50).
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN EVERYBODY IS DONE SIGNING UP?
At this point, your Campus Manager will close the project and you will have instant access to the final order information. You will now know the total number of items you will be ordering, and we will provide you with the final accurate quote. Upon your approval, we will then process the signups, and each person who has signed up for an order will be charged accordingly at that time.
